the ad gives both phone number and email id. WHy don't you get in touch directly with him if you are interested. Besides, it is not advisable to post plot numbers etc. in public forums. I advise the owner to not post such details, not even location. The main reason for asking the seller to put all the details was so that we don't have these questions on the forum.
