Regarding Chajja & Beam in Centre of living room-Vaastu

Hi,

The house which im constructing the Front elevation in Second floor balcony door has got only half Chajja, is it okay as per the vaastu?
The purpose of this is from FF to SF chajja it will connected with a wall for the elevation purpose.

One beam has passed thru side of the living room near pooja area, is it okay as per vaastu since im not going with POP
