Contractor quote for wood work

Hi all,

I need your help in finalizing the contractor for the wood work. Received a quote from the building contractor who has estimated 475 sqft of wardrobe and nearly 200 sqft. of loft.
The wood is pinewood - 65-75 rupees/sqft.
Both side lamination. Laminate sheet size of 4*8 not to exceed 2000 rupees/sheet
6 SS baskets to be used in kitchen
SS handle
Only manual labor

He is quoting Rs. 4.5 lakh. Does it sound reasonable?
