am starting construction of house G+2, at J.P Nagar 9th Phase 7th Block, Near H.M World City, and today i have heard from my contractor that Cement prices is shooting up to Rs 50/- from today, is it true and what is current price. please inform

I have a question regarding the Sand load. for a 6wheeler Ashok Leyland truck, you told it holds approx 4Units of load. How can we ensure this capacity?
When the sand is filled upto the truck's body height? or when the sand is filled more than its body height(Like a pyramid or heap full) ?
What I heard is , while loading the sand is loaded to the trolley's full height but when we get the truck at the site the sand height will be reduced by 3-4 inches.

Dont go for pyramid loads. Most of the pyramid loads consists shifting sand. It means they bring sand from the nearby lots. Always go for direct loads and find genuine sand dealer is bit tough task.

Has cement price increased even further? My rate when I signed the contract was 310/bag, in June, the contractor got another 100 bags at 350 and now he says that it has increased by another 30 rupees. How valid is this?
