Hi
I am also constructing my four floors house near e-city and i have given a contract to an engineer as per item rate which is less than is 1,40,000/per 100sft and the quality of work is excellent because i am spending more than half a day in my site, i have gone through other site's near by my site there are lot of difference in quality of materials they are using, proportion of mixing of cement, curing etc. And my contractor has taken the cube test for concrete used, i think no body takes cube test for residencial houses he him self suggested to take the test on the concrete, before that i was un aware of those tests. As per my experiences i suggest you to consult many contractor and visit there existing and on going projects and then take a right decision.

Hello Mahi.ar,

Is it possible to share the contractor contact #. Also wants to know the estimate/material specifications you have finalised. I am planning to construct G+1 home and looking for competitive quotes.

Thanks
