Wooden poles for rental for Plastering

Dear friends,
Can you please suggest a dealer to buy wooden poles for rental around Horamavu area.
My mesthri is suggesting to buy wooden poles and then later he will take it for Half the price for which i buy once the work is complete
So it it worth buying it and selling for 50% after the work is done?
I thought of buying it for rent. Please suggest the price and place for renting the wooden poles

If r buying for the entire construction process right from initial walls, its probably worth it. Otherwise just for plastering it will be an expensive affair. Last November I bought 10ft and 12ft polts at 20 Rs/ft rate. For 250 poles, it costed me 47k. Purchased from a dealer near Rajarajeshwari Nagar on Kengeri-Uttarhalli road.

The price has gone up since then and each pole probably costs 240 now. Don't know about rental cost.

i had an issue with my mestri due to which i had to get rid of him.
Now I have only plastering work left and got a new guy, but he doesnt have wooden planks and i dont want to buy it just for plastering as it will be costly

Got it. Talk to your centering person. He would have good idea on where to get rental poles.

just travel around your area and you will find one or the other centering guy with wooden poles stacked up. Take your mestri to select the poles, as the poles must not be too heavy or bent and you won't know all that.

Rent should be 10 to 15 rs per pole per month.

hi rakesh kumar please contact Mr Venkatesh -9845392279 he will rent out poles on monthly. If u agree he will come inspect the site accordingly will bring the poles tie the poles to the required height.

Thanks Kiran. I contacted Venkatesh and he is charging 5 Rs/ft per month which i feel is a bit expensive.
For now i got wooden poles from a Timber shop near Horamavu signal at Rs 20/month
