Tiles Laying charges for Carparking, Balcony

Dear Friends,
I am planning to lay tiles in Car Parking and Outer Balcony.
Also, Planning to do Skirting in Car parking and outer balcony thru the same tiles.
Please let me know what is the approx cost in laying of Tiles and Skirting(If it varies from laying).

It used to be Rs 35 that includes cement for laying tiles.
skirting depends on running feet.
