Feed back on Sriram Apartment on Kanakpura road

The Sriram Symphony Project on the Kanakpura Road is quoting Rs 2250 per sq ft. Do you think its a good price ?The project is supposed to be handed over for possession by March 2010. Any feed back on this Project in perticular ( with regard to the location, project quality, pricing ) or Sriram Properties in general would be appreciated.
