Hi Martin
I see your construction is going good and mostly as your schedule to finish outer work before heavy rains. How has been the cost so far? Is it as per what was estimated?
regards
krishna

?
?
Re: Finally Started my construction a Duplex 30X50 site in E
@ krishnakumar - Construction is a little delayed, I was supposed to completed the first floor roof slab by 21st. delay is mainly due to bank processing. Next step is to complete outer pastering while inner electrician work & Plumbing work is being done. 33% of the payment has been done so far on the total cost.
@ vijaykumarthapa - Celing height GF is 9'.9'' and First floor will be 9'.6"

Completed Stage two: First Floor Moulding.
It was a little hectic. The Gang people and masons kept complaining that the sand is less in the mix and concrete looks only jelly stones... However my uncle was keen only to have a 1:2:4 Ratio, He said the strenght is more important then finish. Started at 10:00Am completed by 2:30PM.
@ausraja - yes they are using vibrator, but only for the areas where there are columns.
