Hi guys,
We are in a process of taking loan for construction. We are keeping as security our house with is under BBMP limits now(earlier it was BDA limits). When we contructed on our present house we got BDA license and BDA Khata. The present house comes under a society. Now, when we are applying for loan for our new plot construction, bank guys are asking for BDA release letter and approved layout plan which the society people didn't give it.
Now, these society guys are absent. Where can i get these now?

Hi,
You can get this BDA Release/Approval Letter & Approved Layout Plan from the Other Members who have taken the Plot from this Society.
Since they are common at the Layout/Survey level. The same will be applicable across all the Plot owners.
Check with Other Plot owners who can give you a copy of this. If others also don't have the Copy, you need to check with Society Members

If yes, should i've to go to BDA Head office near Kumara park to get these?

I am not sure about this, They will have the Copy for that if you provide the Society/Location/Survey details to them.
If any legal cases are their against this Society Layout,then they will not provide that Copy. Please cross check once.
Where are that Society Members, Absent means are they are absconding or you are not aware.
To my understand you have taken this plot from the Original Allotee Member. You might not checked this Documents during purchase.
