New BDA layout by Corporate Liesure(Sun City) sarjapur road

Hi,

Need info on a new bda layout by sun city developers(corporate liesure property developers) in sarjapur road near Mullur(Kodathi Gate). This layout is 500 mts from India International school near Carmelarm.They got the BDA approval also, and registrations are also happening at a price of 3500/+(negotiable). please share some info about the layout if anybody has booked a plot in this layout.

Are you talking about the below project by Sun-city? It is called Green Vista Villa plots.I guess 3500 per sft is expensive and you might need to check the water source there as you know that sarjapur road-belt has water problems.

Yes, its the same. I seen very bad reviews about Corporate Liesure & sun-city related to their apartments in sarjapur road. Is it good to go with this developer? as of now he has done the plot marking doing other developments like sewage & electricity and roads.

I have visited this layout few days back ... there is no proper approach road for 4 wheelers to this layout.
Googled about this builder ... found a lot of bad reviews on their Apartments. ..

Legal has almost cleared it. They are quoting 3750 now I guess. It is negotable and you may get better rate if you are okay to shell out some money as cash. It is about 2 kms from sarjapur road Kodathi gate and easy access to varthur whitefield area. The approach road from Carmelaram side is bad and involves some village areas which will be like that forever most likely.

Did you went with buying the plot in this layout, if so, did you took any loan and with which bank. please let us know the details, even i am also interested in this layout.

Loans provided by LIC & HDFC bank. I think Axis bank is also there but not quite sure.
