Just I finished my house construction in 20*30 BDA site in kengeri upanagara,for get the occupancy certificate what is the proceedure, where I have to go for the same ? and what I should do get the same ? please tell me the proceedure and how much I spend for the same

Occupancy certificate is only required for Apartments not for individual house.

Hi,

1. All types of building either individual or apartments require occupancy certificate. Violation of this certificate and occupying the house is an offence by bye-law. But we are doing this enmass and hence o.k for individual houses, because we are the raja of the house and no body to share the house.
2. To take the commencement certificate at the foundation stage of the house, only then occupancy is given. Go through the sanction plan 10 to 12 seals on it by bbmp or bda
3. to apply for online method if the site is more than 50x80 else manual i think should be possible.

after completing the construction we have any proceedure with BDA office.
