Could anyone please share interior estimation format/way to do it? I have to give it to my bank. I am not taking help from any interior designers, hence this trouble.

Hi,
Estimate can be get from the Shop which you are going to Purchase, Give some approximate details to Shop owner, he will provide the details.
Ensure you should get the VAT Invoice for the Materials Purchase to submit to Bank, else you won't get the Loan for the same.
VAT will be additional cost over and above the Materials Price.
