Apco - worst customer service
They made me pay twenty thousand advance but i ve not received the blocks from two days. The sales team has all liars. I had to pay my labour for two days without work because of this. Don't trust apco guys. There are many other good vendors with better quality.

I am not a APCO fan, but they have some rules that if you need bricks you need to order atlesat 2 days in advance. Right now I am using 8 inch and 6 inch APCO blocks in my house construction..
Initially in one of the loads, I could see twigs, wood chips, dirt hanging around inside the bricks. It was very fragile and not of great quality with no sharp edges. I had to shout at these guys, finally one of the reps from APCO visited the site and they had taken back the entire load back and replaced it. Since then I dont have quality issues.
One had to be very careful with these guys, monitor the brick quality closely. Also, loaders would ask you for "Kaapi Kaas", one of the loaders were asking me 1/- per brick unloading charges. A truck will have atleast 450 bricks

I know i am talking out of frustration. I had paid the advance almost 5 days ago by personally going to their J P Nagar office. Now they are calling me a liar and that they never promised me bricks before this week friday. They denied my request to share their MD number either. i have asked them to cancel my order and placed an order with AVS. They(AVS) are sending the blocks in the next two hours.
I am surprised with their(apco) attitude towards the customer. Absolutely no regret by anyone at all for the inconvenience cause to me. or may be it just one of those days for me.

Hi!
They have proven product for which 100% advance is demanded. In civil works, we need to have little foresight and better to arrange few things well in advance. So many things are to be co-ordinated in certain order to keep things going.

I agree with you.. once i visited their office and did not place order due to their little to care or chalta hai attitude. I had Bad customer experience.

I have been buying APCO blocks for almost 3-4 months and I had pretty decent experience with orders and delivery. Yes, they are not the types who would be desperate to sell you their blocks but they did honour the commitment for delivery pretty much every time.
The only thing is that the customer has to comply to their rules. One time I was short of some 200 rupees on an order of 25k but the sales person refused to execute the order until I pay the full amount in their office. They don't have concept of paying the rest once order is delivered.
Eventually as customers we need to look for quality of the blocks and so far I am happy about that.

Good for you. My experience has been bad even during my refund yesterday with Apco. I am never going to look back towards them again. I am happy with the quality of AVS blocks for now.

Having Very same unpleasant and un professional experience with APCO, I have booked for two loads with full payment of 52K in advance from their Nagavara office, as of today it is 11 days still they are telling all bull s..t reasons for their failure to deliver ... I dont know about other brands which can be alternatively considered in Bangalore north, please suggest ... I urge others to be very careful with APCO as they are very big liars ...
