I got quotation for bbmp approval of building construction License at Kengeri.
For G + 2 floors and 2 kitchen facing 30feet road. It includes sanitation, electricity, bwssb, road cutting charges. Amonia Prints, etc.

- Others - 17000 [ Negotiable ]

And Slit + G+2 floor.

-Others will be more.

Venky, dont go to Kengeri for your G+2 floors.
You will have to go to RR Nagar for getting approval, as it is computer approval (not Manuel).
Kengeri guys will charge you very high compared to RR Nagar. I had the worst experience.
Go to RR Nagar and ask for case worker GuruShantappa and his no is 9686441955 and he will have your work done and trust me it will be lesser than what kengeri guys have quoted.
Please take all you docs before hand for the work to be done promptly.
1. Sale deed
2. Kahat Extract
3. Tax paid reciept
4. Encumbrance certificate
5. Plan from Architech the way you want your house to be built
My Experience with Kengeri guys:
first spoke to them and finalized every thing for 40K, when i went to handover my docs to them they told it will be 55k with bribe and increased all of sudden.
I went to RR Nagar and got it done at 35k.

Thanks for the reply and contact number. I could not incur how did the govt charges were so less for G + 2. may be due to the road width I need to pay more so, i had doubt. Did you get Sewage/cauvery/electricity connection road cutting charges along with that?

Well my story was very different from yours.
I already had a ground floor, (I brought a built house on a 30X40 site), which means i already had plan approved for GF which included cauvery, electricity and road cutting charges.
so i took approval only for first and 2nd floor as duplex and then demolished my GF and am building complete G+2.
As of now i am done with G and next tuesday i will be laying 2nd floor mold.
