Dear All,
The BDA approval has been received and all related docs are available for anyone to verify.
We thank all those who took advantage of the prelaunch offer and I am sure each of those people who took the risk are glad to note that the price has since been raised to Rs 5000/Sft with some consideration on payment terms. Plot sizes are 1500 and 2400 sft only.
Works have already started at the site and a formal public launch will happen very soon.
If anyone is still interested please feel free to reach me before public launch price becomes effective.
Project overview - It is probably the largest BDA approved gated community on 30 acres this close to Wipro Corp office.
It is not a plotted development but rather a villa project. But one can buy the plot, register it and start construction within 2 years from now. But construction will have to be done by builder only.
It will be a premium gated community of villas with the best of amenities and features including extensive landscaped open spaces.
I can send more specific details to anyone who is serious.

Could you let me know the current price? and when is the official launch..
One my contacts mentioned that we need to construct the villa within 2 years from the purchase date and construction should be through Skanda only.
Also can see a significant difference in price between difference sources who market this project and don't know whom to trust, since everyone claims to be from Skanda.
By the way are you from Skanda directly or from any marketing agency..

At last finally i booked a plot in this layout after so much enquiry, review about location and builder. I went booking this directly with Skanda group. there are multiple people/groups/agencies who are claiming that they have POA to sell these, but no one is ready to show the document proof of same. So, finally i went booking this with the direct seller i.e Skanda group who had shown all the documents that says he is the right owner to sell the property. I paid 30% booking amount for a very very much lesser price mentioned in this blog and agreed to pay the rest of amount during the registration. I suggest, do not go with any of the marketing agency/person, deal with skanda group directly as you can see all the documents clear and there is no extra price for specific facing plots like east/north etc. also you can get waver of club house charges, where as other sellers are charging extra for facing+clubhouse n some miscellaneous.

My friend was interested to buy a plot here. He also got legal verification done by a lawyer. The lawyer told him that the GPA between the developer and the owners is not registered yet which is mandatory. Also the sharing agreement which mentions the developer's share and owner's share. Without this he said it is not possible to go for loan from a bank. The developer told him he's planning to get it registered in a few months' time.
Right now my friend is thinking whether to take the risk to invest or opt out.

I bought here during pre launch kind of 3 months back. I felt these people are reliable. Paid 85% of the money. Just expecting that the plot will be registered in a month or so because we already paid almost full money
Now that the approvals are in place and the plots are going for retail I believe it should not get late any further beyond a month or 45 days for registration. I am not even sure if the registration already happened for few of the customers
