Please cover maindoor frame with plywood or some other sheet to save the edges from physical damages.

A door frame attached with window could be easy for bugler to break in. did you think about that? usually, it is advisable to keep a distance of 1 - 1.5 feet between them.

Bad news: Yesterday night there was theft at the construction site. The centring sheets that were kept near the site has been stolen at around 2:00AM early morning, Locking the security guys inside the shed. will be giving a formal police complaint now.

Sad to hear about the theft in your Construction site.

Most of the theft will happen at the Sites are by the workers who were working there itself, they know where the materails kept & volume etc.....
Surprise to see that what they will do with centering sheets as it used only during the Construction.

You must now need the Security guy who will look after this. Also check if that Security guy can also do Curing the walls, pillars additionally apart from your Contractor guys. As this will help in proper curing to your Building. Contractor in hurry to complete the Consturction they will not do proper curing.

Also careful in future on putting the materials near the site. Looks like there not many Houses are built in this area. So thieves taken the advantage of this.

This could be done by the someone know to the centring guys no one else will use centring sheets. I have two security guys basically the masons who double up as security guards in the night they stay in the shed next to construction site
The issue is that there are no many houses around and there are few construction work happening near by, so lot of people pass through our site. I have told the Contractor to ensure all items are put in the shed now. once the moulding is done they can put in the room and lock that door.

And as its a material contract the owners is on the contractor. i just pay the security salary monthly.

Only thing its just added pressure, While working towards a deadline.
