PRESTIGE FALCON CITY=>KANAKAPURA ROAD=>INPUTS NEEDED

Hi friends

Came to know that prestige group is planning to launch an integrated township PRESTIGE FALCON CITY at kanakpura road in association with khodays breweries and the land is located at konankunte cross.

Can anyone let me know regarding this project and it seems to be a very big township with multiplexes, office space and malls.and also came to know that ISCKON's new project vaikunta hills a 350 cr project is also coming up on this road

I feel these two along with NAMMA METRO will surely impact this area(Kanakpura road/Konankunte ) hugely in coming years

Any information regarding inputs w.r.t these two projects and other developments along kanakpura road is highly appreciated.

I got call from some agents on pre launch of falcon city appartments. I got the info that it is 31 storey building with 2500 appartments. I think the model flat is also ready.

Got a SMS regarding this. Price starts from 75 lakhs!!!

I had been there on the prelaunch day i.e., on saturday the price was 5499/sft. On Sunday the prices shoot upto 5799/sft. The scheduled launch is somewhere in the month of october-november this year, not sure whoat would be the prices by then .
