SS 204 Staircase Handrail

Hello,

Can we use SS 204 Jindal for handrails for inside stairs, as many people are saying that 204 is not up to quality and contains lots of nickel so will get brown in couple of year time

How about outside , has anyone used SS 204/304 outside? the price difference between 204 and 304 more than Rs 400. Also is there a way to test the quality.
