Cost for Interiors

Hello All, I am looking for a ball park figure in cost for interiors for a 4000 SQFT house?
I am looking to know this for budgeting purposes during construction of my house.

Please share your thoughts?

Hi Vishnu
Cost of interior is based on the wood work sft not on the floor sft. But to give you a basic idea for 4 bhk individual home for complete designer interiors you need to budget anywhere between 16-18 lacs.
If its just the basic interior works like wardrobe,tvunit and kitchen 10-11 lacs.
For approx calculation take it as 4 lac for each bedroom (includes common area and kitchen works)
