How to make sure if the Flat or land has no court acses
Is there any way we can accertain that for a Flat or Land before we buy if at all any court case is present .

It is not possible to get the details of litigation in respect of any particular property. But if you are sure that litigation is pending in respect of any particular property or flat between so and so persons, then you can search the details in the names of the such persons in the office Jurisdictional court for the current year.
Since the courts are not completely computerized and jurisdiction for filing of the cases differs from relief to relief, therefore authenticity of such enquiry/report cannot be believed .
