Your feedback on buying a plot in Surya city. Has anyone from this group invested here. What is the current running rate psft?

I bought an LIG apartment last March(2013) and living there.At that time i heard people quoting plot prices in the range of 2500 - 2900 depending upon facing and size.One more thing is people residing here says within max 6 to 8 months cauvery water will come to suryacity.I am not sure how far these is true.If that becomes reality sure prices will go up.

Yesterday i saw in Deccan Herald that Cauvery water will be supplied to suryanagar all phases as part of StageIV.
