On a humorours note, you can get buyers easily during boom time :-).
Coming to actual point, I think this forum is the best place for sellers and buyers. You can give details about the sites you are planning to sell in this forum.
After that you can try putting ad in sulekha.

My belief is that it is difficult to sell BMRDA and BIAPPA sites when compared to BDA sites. Distance matters a lot in Bangalore (atleast currently)
