Looking for BDA or BBMP approved plot

I am seriously looking for buying either a BDA, BDA approved or a BBMP plot ( 30 x 40) in & areound the areas mentioned below.

1. Kanakapura road
2. JP nagar 8th,7th phase
3. Bannerghatta road
4. Vidyaranyapura

Mu budget is not more than 25 Lac. This is for immidiate construction and not any investment purpose.
