Hello All,
Have got few questions:
1. Is investing in KHB Site safe? Is it OnPAR with BDA interms of clear titles?
2. How can i get KHB site? are they available through re-sale?
3. Should one apply only when they advertise in paper?
4. Any upcomming KHB layouts.
Great help if you could share your info on these.

1. Investing on KHB site is safe and its on par with any govt body like BDA.
2. you have to apply when they call for applications. check http://www.khbcustomerinfo.com/ and https://www.karnatakahousing.com/
for further details. all sites in layouts formed by KHB in bangalore will have 10 years lock-in clause except corner sites and sites allotted to land losers.
3 you have to apply when they call for

and newspapers regularly.

A small correction on what Ravi has quoted.
Now, the allotees are either given a "conditional sale deed" OR and "Absolute Sale deed" for the allotted property.
You can go ahead without worries if the property you are looking for has an absolute sale deed. However if the property has a conditional sale deed, verify the conditions specified in the sale deed - normally this is a 10 year lock in.
