What does BDA approved mean?
They claim rest of the land around is for BDA Kempegowda layout. Would there be a chance of BDA acquiring this land? What would happen to site owners if such thing happens?

I visited the both Unnati and Anirvan. But we did not like much for Anirvan and there is not left to choose from. So we visited Unnati and liked the location. But not yet sure about the documents, price. Please let me know,if any one interested to buy in Unnati and also please let me know,if anyone bought at Unnati.
