you guys don't even say how you come to conclusion that the properties are geniune and clear document.
Before you market here tell us what process u follow and why you r listing only biappa approved.Does Biappa have any authority to approve the layouts?what does biappa means .share your knowledge first

in karnataka there are various authorities for different regions
Bangalore City - BBMP
Outer Bangalore - BDA
Surrounding Airport - BIAAPA
Far from Bangalore - BMRDA
Mysore - MUDA
NICE Road - BMICPA
