I bought a new flat last week in Uttarahalli. Builder has given 2 agreement, One is sale and other is construction agreement. He said that whatever price is listed on sale agreement will be shown to BDA. According to the that price, registration and any other charges will be calculated. So, price shown is INR 25,90,000. Pls let me know how much money I should have in my hand for this whole process?

Assuming its an under construction property,
You need to register the 'Agreement to sell'. The charge for this is 0.1 % of amount specified in the 'Agreement to sell'.

No. This is ready for possession.

Approximate : Stamp duty 5.5% of sale value put in Sale agreement. Regn. charge: 1% of sale value. Some cash of 600+ as scanning charges.
In addition, builder may also ask some 20K as legal fees to fecilitate registration. (Lawer fees and misc).
I don't know why construction agreement is needed if project is completed.
