I am planning to buy plot 114, 34x50 dimension, in second phase of Pionier residency. I have already given the booking amount. Other than usual lawyer check and bank procedures, are there any details that I need to verify? Appreciate any pointers in this regard.

Hello Team,

I booked site number 146 in Pionier residency. The Marketing executive was good and he explained everything. The price they quoted is 3100/sqft. They are promising to complete this layout by end of this year. I am not sure how much time it will take for this area to liveable but as per them lot of projects are investing. Hamilton homes and SjR already started near Reliable.
Please let me know if someone else booked a site with them.

3000 sqft for normal sites, for corner. NE they are charging from 3100 to 3500

Hi Guys
I had a very bad experience with Pionier Developer Marketing Guys and Sales Head, these people made me run around to their office multiple times for booking the site, every time they use to give some wrong information about the site, every time I was about to book site, at the last moment they used to come and tell me that the site is sold to some other person, finally I was about to book site number 117 in Jan 2014, I had filled up the booking form and I was about to give to cheque for advance, the marketing head is getting a call from his executive, stating that the site 117 is already sold to some other person 2 weeks before and the marketing head is not aware. I was not sure, how much genuine these people are......

Has anyone bought one of these sites - 104,105, 111,112 in Pionier residency? Did khatas got release for these sites (they are part of Kharab land and additional clearance from Revenue department)?
I also bought site 113 which is part of same Kharab land and waiting for Khata since 5 months. Can you msg me your number if any one bought these sites, will touchbase with you.
