Hi All,

Please note this is postal employees layout....genuine. they have developed layout already...they have formed layout in Sanjaynagar its pretty good one. they have official website you can go through www.postalhousingsociety.org and find for sandeshbagh Lake view. i spoke to the society they said its open for all the people member ship fee is 2000 and initial payment we need to pay 2,40,000 and later instalments. ONly conserned about the society is takes too much of time minmum 3 to 4 years by the time they will increase the price slightly...but you will get the site should have patience...If you are going for good luck

Need your opinion on this project.
is it really safe to go with this kind of scheme?
I asked them, for each installment, they would provide only a receipt. no agreement would happen.

moreover, as mentioned in last post, is there any chance that they would increase the land price during 2nd/3rd/4th installment?

any such experience, kindly share.

Hi Other updates on sites: Today I got message to my mobile about 250 INR /Sq Ft. 40 Kms from Mysore near to hunsur....

1. 250/Sq Ft
2. 30000 for registration
3. 3750/months for 8yrs ( 0% interest)

Found interesting, any one any idea on this sites
