Procedure for forming an apartment owners' association...

Hi,

I am residing in an apartment complex at Rajarajeshwarinagar. The residents of our apartment complex are planning to form an association legally and get it registered. Upon googling, I found that there are two acts governing such an association, viz, Karnataka Apartment Owners Act (1972) & Karnataka Society Act(1960).

Can anybody on this forum with prior experience in this matter advice on how to go about registering the association. If you can provide contacts of any professionals who might help us through the process, please respond...
