Thanks to all members and leaders for the efforts to improve/develop - Anjanapura BDA lyt.
My views are as follows.
1.When i logged for the link which was shared by user "manpg" - the address which is reflecting in BDA portal is captured during the registarion executed in 2003, after that i shifted three location in bangalore hence the communication may not reach me or most of them of owners who own plot at anjanapura.
Hence we may need to take a help of newspaper to reach owners through article.
2. As we are keen to look for developments hence count of owners are important to represent in public and to demand highups - Hence assocation fee is should be waived off for members who are intersted - you may provide free membership for a year
3. We should think and GO beyond -9 to 11 blk, Hence association has to open for all whoever owns a plot in assocation.
4. Few appartments which are coming up in Anjanpura lyt(Builders will be very keen for developments as they can accquire more customers in short duration and for selling pitch) hence we may need to take help from them as push from builders wil be more powerful than us interms of finance and relationship with BDA/Polticians

We do have monthly expenses upt rs. 5000/- every month towards Organizing meeting meetings, taking people to BWSSB and BDA or required Authorities(BMTC, BESCOM etc) to mobilise actions. If u feel it should be waved, will take the responsibility to raise the required fund from other means?

People buy 30*40 plot by paying Rs. 50 Lakh and will pay minimum Rs. 50000/- towards broker fees. and do u think Paying Rs. 1100/- is burden? Many of us are working people we are sacrificing our hours towards getting things done and do u also think, we need to spend required expenses from our pocket?

Please come and join, then look verify and comment why Membership fee is required and how it is being utilized. I hope, u will not mind for Rs. 1100/- and u will join the association. If some, Site owners/House Owners are still not in a position to pay money due to their bad Financial condition, they can request wave off for fees and those special cases may be considered with opinion of the people. Are coming in a group like mentioned above? If yes, defiantly we will consider to wave off ur fees. and hope u will join us after that.

Ur suggestions are welcome to raise required expenses by other means, rather than membership fees.

Many people they do contact association members before they buy and they have saved going fraud of many lakhs u know?

Dear Friends,

I sincerely request silent watchers of this blog to take membership with AFERVA if you have own any sites in Anjanapura Further Extension.
I too became a member of this association last month through https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1NRvLpZ ... g/viewform and have attended the monthly meeting on 5th Jan.
During the last monthly meeting, I have seen couple of enthusiastic people have taken initiatives to fight for the basic amenities from civic agency through this association.
During this meeting only based on suggestions from group, it was decided to meet MP Suresh and you have seen the updates posted what happened after the meeting with MP.

By seeing what has happened in last 13 years(since the layout formed by BDA), seems like basic amenities will never be provided by civic agency on its own unless people fight for them in masses.

The need of the hour is to get as many site owners as possible to join association before next meeting with MP and civic agency officials.

Hi All Anjanapura Lay out Associates,

We are behind our rural mp Mr. D K Suresh to get our workdone. Bda commissioner is supposed to show progress report within end of jan 2014.

In this regard once again DK Suresh shall have a review meeting with bda officials along with ourselves. So we need to spread this news to our neighbors (i mean your association) & encash the oppurtunity as elections are in not so distant future.

Key points to be discussed are
1. Basic amenities
2. Temporary bore well till Cauvery water available.
3. Marking road numbers for postal service.
4. Police patrolling during night for security purpose.
5. Park Cleaning and provide sufficient No. of Street lights.

Most of our dudes are available over conference calls. Lets get to know each other ASAP & chopout our due course of action.

We are meeting DK Suresh on saturday/monday to invite him to our layout & paralelly fixing meeting with bda officials.

I have taken it seriously since i metMr.Munivenkatappa ,our AFERWA SECRETARY ,and got to know that since 2008 EVEN AFTER MEETING AND SENDING SEVERAL Letters to the BDA commissioner nothing has happened to our Further extension Anjanapura,,,

I shall work devotedly until the execution of GLR ,,,after which iam sure the work would happen automatically,

Iam happy to see that Chandhan ,Purohit ,Ravi,prassanna,sreedhar,Nanjundappa and many others have taken it seriously and working on it everyday ,,Its Like we are discussing every day and keep ourselves in contact to plan our NEXT LINE OF ACTION,, ,,

My humble request to one and all is, At least until Execution of GLR ,Let us Join together and See the work is started By another 1 month,

Well My only worry is M.P. elections round the corner ,,After Feb 13th the M.P of our Bangalore Rural Constituency is real Busy and very difficult to get him involved for the BETTER of ANJANPURA F.E,Today got the information when i visited in person to get updates for our Next week final and CRUCIAL meeting with BDA AND BWSSB Officials...

DEAR SILENT WATCHERS OF ANJANAPURA F.E,
A couple of days back One Member LOTUS has posted to wave off the Member ship Fees,
Well There is always a Misconception in the Minds of People that the Money taken as Membership fees would be utilized or rather Eaten away by the Board Members,,,For which i would like to say that Here In our ANJANAPURA FURTHER EXTENSION RESIDENT WELFARE ASSOCIATION (AFERWA) ,EACH AND EVERY MEMBER HAS BEEN GIVEN ALL RIGHTS TO LOOK INTO THE MONTHLY AUDITED STATEMENT OF RECEIPTS AND EXPENDITURES DURING MONTHLY MEETINGS i.e 1st Sunday of every month....
There is clean administration among the Elected Members and My only request for them is to speed up the activities and see that we get The Basic Civic amenities at the Earliest ..
At present We need people to join our meetings and with regards to membership Iam sure you shall be convinced your self to join our Association ONCE you start coming to the Meetings with Government bodies.
