House Construction Cost

Post by srinissrini »

Hi,

I am constructing a G+2 on 30 X 40 plot. 2 car-parking, a small house(1BHK) in Ground floor and duplex(with double ceiling) on first floor. My engineer has completed Foundation and put the slabs(moulding) for Ground floor and has released a bill. I have attached the bill. Please take a look and let me know your thoughts on the cost. I would like to know whether it is on higher side or in line with market.

Thanks,
srinissrini

Srini,

Usually Architect will verify & approves the bill. To ensure accuracy its better we also verify it.
1. By paying cash 5%Tax can be saved.
2. He should not charge for shed construction also 30k is huge amount for shed.
3. Cross section deduction is not considered in any of the plinth beams.

Ex: After billing for plinth beams A1- C1, A1-A2. A1 Cross section should be deducted while billing for A1-A2
