Planning to Construct house on 60*40 Site

Dear all,

I am in the plan of starting the construction of the house ( 3 Km from Chandapura circle). Already given my requirements to the architect to make the Working plan, Sanction plan and the Structural drawing and estimation for the bank. cost = 15K. BMRDA Approval cost is mine.

Planning to construct only Ground floor ( 3 BHK, Pooja room, Separate washing machine area, 1 common bath and 1 attached in M.Bedroom). But given requirements for working plan & structural for G+2 ( for future construction), so that structural engineering is taken care.

Now looking for the labour contract , Kindly share the details for the labor contract near e-city or towards Hosur.?

You can contact my contractor Ravi 9916645416 for labor contract and currently he is constructing 30x40 site for me behind Jigini biocon and I have seen his previous work and work completion in one of my neighbor site at Bommasandra.

you may also contact Shanmugam 9880509455, I have seen one of his work in my neighbor site and Bommsandra but this work is in progress and due to timing issue I was not able to engage Shanmugam for my contract.
