Need info on Surabhi Nagar and Nayak Layout

Hi,

Need to know if the two layouts Surabhi Nagar and Nayak Layout in JP Nagar 8th Phase are approved layouts. Are they BDA approved A Khata layouts?

From whatever i know/heard, Both are not BDA approved. Nayak layout is B-Khata only. Surabhi Nagar has mix of both A and B, but it was part of initial BDA acquisition process and don't know what is status from BDA as of now.

Yes. Royal County is BDA approved. But i suggest you check with BDA also. I remember reading in this forum some part of layout has issues with BDA.

Royal county no problem. I guess your are referring to royal lake front phase 1 which has case running.
