Over 2,000 residents of Sir M Vivesvaraya Layout at Ullal ward in Kengeri are likely to receive Cauvery water as the New Year gift. Having been denied the facility ever since the BDA formed the layout in 2003,

Why not Anjanapura & Anjanapura extension , BDA formed the layout in 2002

Hi Selvan,

Because, they have very strong Association and all site owners joined together and fought for amenities. In Anjanapura, many people are not coming forward to do the same thing. Every one thinking, some body will do it and ultimately only few are fighting and others are silent spectators.

We should understand, Govt. Officials will not come forward on their own to give amenities to us. We should believe in "Only crying Baby gets Milk".

Today we were in to BWSSB (Shisha Bhavan ) and met our Project AEE Mr. Kesav Hegde and as per him again ball is in BDA court to hand over many more land in lay out for BWSSB requirement and asked us to follow-up in BDA for the same.
After long fight our 80feet road finished/Asphalted for about 1km and last 200mts they started to construct RCC culverts. Expected to complete in another 2more months.

Indeed the last meeting with BDA Commissioner was very fruitful and we got many of our demands fulfilled from them,also received many assurances for the basic amenities for the layout,I Request all the Further extension site owners to join the association and lets get our voice heard by the officials.

Dear Friends,

First of all, Until the site owners OR property owners shall NOT come forward & join us for meeting (BDA officials/Association). PLEASE DO NOT EXPECT A MIRACLE. We were not aggressive in escalating the requirement to BDA commissioner or Chief Engineer till Oct 2013. It was all haphazard to get services from BDA. One of the official said “ why were you guys idle for 4 yrs & we (sreedhar & me) were in a status of shock”. There is no news and no progress till date.

JP Nagar 9th Block and Anjanapura Township (1st to 8th) should also join us hand in hand in order to get bwssb services. Because my observation during our meet with BWSSB AEE was lines have been laid and services will kickoff only when Anjanapura F.E shall have GLR & STP. Hence entire JP Nagar 9th Block & Anjanapura (~9000 site owners/residents) respective Association should also be invited during our next meeting with BDA officials.

My inputs to Association & Fellow Residents is as follows:
1. Creating Awareness about your Association.
A. Put Banners at major roads that leads to Anjanapura – Gubbalala, HM World City, Anjanapura Vajramuni circle, Gottigere cross & Jambu savari Dinne.
B. identify site owners contact details database in order to send letter to join Association & during govt officials meeting ( not all site owners will have email or internet access). Hence reach them thru’ letters.

2. DO NOT highlight anything about the development activities in this blog for atleast next 4 months. Interested members /site owners should check with their neighbor or get in touch with association.
Each time when I read this blog, there is only people ask for updates. I’m 100% sure Sreedhar has n’t experienced from anyone saying I’m joining for the meeting.

3. Association monthly meeting to be changed to fortnight meetings.

4. Remove Association Hierarchy & keep only key contact people in order to inform site owners about meetings.

5. Let’s target only BDA officials only instead of running from pillar to post with other dept - Bwssb/Kptcl. As we know ,BDA instructs other dept officials to provide us services.

Hence PUBLISH BDA OFFICIALS CONTACT DETAILS in this blog. I hereby request all site owners to take AFERWA name and keep knocking BDA.

VERY HIGH PRIORITY & Action points:
1. Let’s meet MP and build pressure on our layout service providers (BDA).
2. Invite BDA commissioner & Chief Engineer to Anjanapura. (we were supposed to invite him by now).
3. Keep sending Letters OR personal meeting to BDA officials once in 15days seeking progress.
4. We should only ask for civic amenities and responsible contact person at BDA (Water & Sewage Line) with whom the file work is pending.
5. Bore well at certain major junction places wherever buildings have raised to provide water sources.

[img][img]Forget the past, Live in present & think of future activity. We shall rest in peace if & only if the civic amenities work starts. I mean it. We need to be more charged-up and follow-up constantly with BDA officials.

Going further I shall talk –ve and missed out things so that we can incorporate those points during our followup meeting with Govt. Officials. I say we need to challenge ourselves in getting our things done afterall it is our common cause where-in we have invested our hard earned money & need to spend rest of our life.

I agree with Mr.chandan Words ,,The last meeting was with BWSSB A.E.E Mr.Keshava HEGDE, and BDA AEE,Mr.kESHAVA PRASAD,We were just 4 members who made an effort to knock him on his door and Get ourselves involved in the Meeting inspite of our Busy Work Schedules..And To Me i felt ashamed when he said at the end "Why were you all people keeping quiet from 4 years where in 2009 itself the Survey for GLR and Site location was already been finished"..4 years passed by and nothing is happened ,,ITS PURE NEGLIGENCE By some officials ,,and we are to be Blamed not THEM ,,,,,,

"PLEASE UNDERSTAND WE ARE BDA PROPERTY OWNERS WHICH HAS BEEN ALLOCATED BY THE GOVERNMENT BODY IN 2002, AND ALMOST 13 YEARS PASSED BY NOTHING HAS HAPPENED" We are not holding B KHATA,,,IT IS THE DUTY OF BDA TO HAVE PROVIDED US WITH BASIC CIVIC AMENITIES....

OUR ANJANAPURA FURTHER EXTENSION IS GOING TO BE THE PREMIUM LAYOUT just like HSR ,,,ONLY WHEN WE ALL JOIN TOGETHER AND FIGHT FOR OUR BASIC RIGHTS,,,
