The main topic of discussion was to schedule a meeting with BWSSB and BDA officials to know the status of water and UGD during the coming weeks.

I visited Anjanapura last friday. Some new houses are coming up in 2nd block. On the other side, the 80 ft road to Bannerghatta road too is almost reaching the end. I think it is around 100-200 meters away from some old building in the main road, could be the govt school in the main road or some rotary club building.

The last 200 meters of the 80ft road is super critical. Without that Anjanapura will be not be easily accessible from BG road. Hope they can resolve it very soon but nobody seems to know for certain

I always see your posts under-rating the development of Anjanapura in comparison with BSK 6th stage.
There is no question that the road will get connected. Nobody can stop it. There is some issue with landowners questioning acquisition of land other than what is required for the land for the road. Their contention is that BDA should acquire only land pertaining to the road and not surrounding land. See an older WP dismissed by the high court.

Dont worry, the development will ultimately happen. Only it may take some time.

Finally some developments in 7th Block Anjanapura! There is Nitish Estates Apartments coming bang opposite to the proposed BDA Complex. One of the owners has taken the bold step to build a house in his plot. He has got electricity connection and has dug a bore-well for water. Construction is on full swing.
