One of my friend who has a site in first block and is affected by the denotification got this document thru RTI. You can see the area marked and How park areas and sites are hijacked.

Shankymysore.
Your post seems to be inaccurate and unsubstantiated.
Is this an attempt to vent your ire about the way you have been made a 'bakra' by someone and have invested in some land, without checking the credentials of the people/authorities from whom you bought the land? After reading your post, a visit to SKC office was imperative.I believe SKC is bearing a reputation of being a well-established developer in the real-estate industry, who have developed and delivered many projects across Bangalore.
Their astounding credibility speaks volumes of their integrity and professionalism.
It is a pretty known fact that forums such as these are mere punching bags, for unfortunate people like you, who have not been smart enough while executing a purchase of property in the initial stages. The desperation of getting a good deal overwhelms every possible notion of being watchful, making one gullible and wary, which leads to such display of angst. It is rather evident that in some desperation, your gullibility has taken over the best side of you and you are now attempting to display angst in every possible way.
What you are displaying is a well accepted human tendency. Time is the greatest healer.
May you succeed in your attempts in your quest for justice and get solace in your distress.
By the way, after complete scrutiny of the site and the vetting of the documents by my lawyer, I have made an investment in SKC Greens and am happy about my choice.
As for SKC's version about changing of the concept and names; it had a lot to do with the developers concerns about the affordability and reaching out to the right segment of people, at this point of time. They have, therefore, exhibited their skill and expertise in conceptualising the project, bringing forth their vast experience and rapport in the industry.

Hello,

Congrats for investing in the site. Hopefully you have made a smart choice. You don’t have to start advertising about some company. Everybody has good knowledge on the companies involved.
You don’t have to go berserk and start demeaning Forum and its users.

My Army and Navy friends made BIG MISTAKE by getting site from BDA instead we should have gone thru some Real estate brokerage companies. So We have to fight for the Justice and filed a Case in High court including who are all involved in the Denotification of 10 Acres of BDA Land..

Hop your Lawyer has educated you on the High court case which is going against denotification..See the attachment..

Dear B M Fab,
Thank you for enlightening the forum users with your gyan on SKC. Keep in mind that the people who made them "bakra" are not any tom dick and harry. It was the BDA who goofed up. Sarcastic comments in bold red fonts doesn't do any good to anyone.

As you said, "Everything that you hear is an opinion not the fact. Everything you see is a perspective, not the truth". This equally applies to you as well. What you heard from SKC is their version of the story. I hope you saw the attachment which Shankymysore provided.

By the way, congratulations on your new investment. God bless.

Dear BM FAB.

I hope you have made a good investment. But you should be aware of some facts. How would you like if tomorrow, u put money in NSC(National Savings Certificate) or some other government scheme and all your money is gone. I can then make a statement that you were greedy and wanted some interest and money and without finding out information, u made a mistake. This statement is true only if some one invested with some lender who promises returns and you blindly do it. Not with a democratic government.

This is similiar here, It is BDA(Bengaluru Development Authority) for your information who has done this. And sites are supposed to be alloted to people who plan to live there. May be you are not aware of the government and its policies and what is BDA and you are new to this group and just joined it. This is not a site which people use to vent their feelings, there are lots of such sites around. This is informative site and has given most of its members valuable information and inputs which has helped them plan and make their houses.

B M Fab,

Welcome to the forum as this is your first post.

I was going thru the brochure for SKC white meadows (http://skcipl.in/white_meadows_brochure.pdf), I noticed they claim it is a gated community. Can you please elaborate on the kind of approval they have received to make this project a "gated community"? Secondly, they have mentioned a few mandatory requirements of each building within the layout, such as 6 feet open space (lawn) infront of the building, only white paints for the villas, no compunds, etc. (some of which I agree is good, there is no point in wasting money on compounds for each and every site, it is a silly practice we follow here). The gov't agencies themselves, have not been able to enforce building bye laws, even though they have the full force of the law, how is it that SKC would enforce these mandatory requirements mentioned in the brochure? Can you also list the survey numbers on which the sites are made, so forum members can find out for themselves what is "fact" and what is "fiction"?

Since you have done a complete scrutiny of the site and got the documents vetted by your lawyer, I presume it would not be too difficult for you to answer the above simple questions.

Hi all,
visited SMV block 1 and 2 recently. Now a days site owners are fencing /building compound walls in thier sites..to protect from the land sharks. While I was there, I was approached by coiuple of RE brokers asking for site sale. As i enquired current prices are around 4K/Sqft in first block and around 3.5K/Sqft in second block..
KHB apartment work is going very slow after govt change..don't know when it will be completed and alloted..

Hi Shankymysore, many thanks for the updates. Any new developments that you noticed in the layouts? Any clarity yet on water, or is it wishful thinking still? Also, any idea on how much it costs at current costs to put a masonary wall around a 40x60 site (one that can weather a few years).

cheers,
parkom

Thanks Shanky for your updates. It's good to know that prices are climbing in 1st and 2nd blocks. I have a site in 2nd block and shall retain for long term investment. I had also been to the layout in August'13 and took some pictures. I wish to post them in this blog but not sure how do I post pictures for everyone's reference. Can anyone of you plz instruct me to do so? Thanks. Taj.
