Today I saw a new layout coming up near Pioneer residency or near Astro Green Cascade off sarjapur road (search google for location).
Its by Prabhavati builders. I got to know this from watchman.
Its still in initial phase as they are still doing some ground work.

Apart from this, I have no information. You can contact the builder directly for more details.
Also, since the project is in initial stage, you can bargain well and book the plot of your choice.

FYI, In that area, the running price is around 3000/- psf for a bda approved site.

The other areas I would suggest is Gunjur or Varthur or surrounding areas. They are ideal places to buy and I predict that the these areas will develop fast and will be good places to invest or to construct.

About water Supply ?
Ans: we will construct a ground level common water tank & we are using high pressure pump for filling this tank from this bore wells.Then for each plot we will supply water through pipe connections by using pressure pump system
