I would like to know about geothermal Air conditioning for individual houses. Has anyone done study or considering to install.

I was planning to put GI Air ducting system which is very popular in North India but in Bangalore i haven't seen it. Has anyone implemented it?

BCIL, now called ZED homes have a project near Yellahanka which is having this type of AC installed in all flats. I had read about this long back. Query on their website is not yielding answers
