raghu,
i did check with the vendor. they said it's the carpenter's handling while fixing the mesh. However the carpenter who has about 15 yrs experience says it's the wood which is causing the cracks.
i am sure you have seen the seasoning process and the factory. please take informed decision and don't take my experience as final. i thought i will share this as it helps everyone.

Hi Justaknock

Can I share your concern with Harish/Kanshi/Gautham in Geetha and seek their explanation before taking deliver (4th Sept). Just to ensure the assure me best of quality.

During placing the Order I did mention quality of wood needs to be good and I should not see any challenges with the same, However Kanshi assured the same shall be taken care as the process is standardized and everything delivered from their factory assure the same quality levels, but asked me to take care of proper care during installation, painting and polishing work.

Raghu,
We took delivery of Window frames with steel railings(MS rods) last Saturday....
Overall my experience with them was good... in terms of 1. Deliver, ahead of scheduled. 2. Material, satisfied, as sizes of my windows were big and different and was against my excel drawings... was really worried on this initially. 3. Pricing, got only 1% reduction though I was looking for at least 4/6%... 4. Satisfied after unloading the material at my site and got good feed back from the carpenter and the friends...

Also did talk to Kanshi/Gautham anything we need to take care during the process of construction... was told and shown the Wood sealer they use and that shall take care and protect the frames during construction...if wanted he said go for a second coat of the same... which I did... to protect it from my end yesterday.
