About Fans we used during housewarming. you get remote to each fan, this remote can be used with any of other Fan. they have a Breeze option where the speed reduces and Increases in a cyclical motion. Fans doesn't have regulators (that save 7-8 watts). very silent (I hear only the air cutting sound)
