Granite selection

Hi All,
I am planning to buy Granite in one or two weeks
Have thought of buying it in Jigani - Had visited once - lot of clolours for selection - was confused.

My consideration
1) will buy cutter size slabs ( as my budget is max 150 per sqft)
2) plan to buy three colours - one for living space (400 sqft),second for rooms (400 sqft) and third (black) for kitchen(100 sqft).
3) all the three should be hard stone.


I an planning to go for a lighter shade for Living room , and any color for rooms.
Please give me inputs on which color granite fits into my requirement.

Colored granite is not long lasting and will get faded after some years. Check natural granite , in that also you can get different shades.

Please give some examples of natural granite.
I assume - Granite coated with apoxi - is colored granite - is that true ?

Apoxi will be done over almost all granite. But apart from apoxi we get lots of color options. While rounding this granite on corners , that color will go.
