Electrical and Plumping Labour charge

Hi Guys,

80% of the work has been completed. Now, my electrican gave the billing with amount for Electrical work and Plumping work. Can any one review the below items and let me know your suggestion ?

ELECTRICAL WORK

Switch point - 120 rs
Power line switch point - 250 rs
A/C Line work - 1000 rs
UPS line work - 1500 rs
MCB Circuit Breaker - 350 rs
TV & Cable line - 250 rs
Tubelight fixing - 40 rs
Exhaust Fan - 50 rs
Service line work - 1200 rs
3 Phase line work - 2900 rs

PLUMPING WORK

1 Inch PVC Line work - 15 rs
1.5 Inch PVC Line work - 20 rs
2.5 Inch PVC Line work - 20 rs
4 Inch PVC Line work - 25 rs
Watercloset fixing work - 1200 rs
Washbasin fixing work - 350 rs
Wall Mixer - 250 rs
Tap fixing work - 50 rs
Concelled Tap fixing work - 350 rs

I think now a days Electricians quote per square rate ( Roof mould Square) and the approx quote is Rs.1800 - Rs.2000/ Square and the Plumber is quoting per bathroom rate ie Rs.8000 - Rs.9000/.

I electronic city its like 20,000 rs/floor for any number of electrical connections and 10,000 rs/toilet in a 30*40 site.

paying per sq ft and chadra is all looting.
