Banks offering home loans in Ramamurthy Nagar.

Hi All,

I am planning to buy a house in Ramamurthy Nagar.

I believe they have the B-Khata for the property.

I have heard that it is difficult to get a Nationalized bank to finance a property which doesnot have Khata.

But I have heard that there are many private banks that are ready to finance such property.

It would be great if some one could provide the info on the list of banks that are ready to finance home loans in Ramamurthy Nagar.

Since, Akrama-Sakram bill is not introduced, the CMC are issuing B Kathas as temporary katha to the properties. On the basis of B khata SOME Nationalised Banks and also private banks are issuing home loans. It is not mandatory THAT you have to approach only Banks located in Ramamurthy nagar for purchase property which is situated in Ramaurthybagar . Any branch of the nationalised bank or private bank in the city can extend home loan to the property which situated with in Bangalore after getting legal clearance. .
As far my knowledge, union Bank of India which is nationalised bank is issuing home loans on the basis of B katha , better you approach union bank of ramurthy nagar or any other branch of the city .

Definitely you will get home loans from private banks of the city , but prefer nationalised banks.

I think the subject of this thread is misleading (as i was not refering to banks only in Ramamurthy Nagar but any bank in general).

Could somebody provide names of some more Nationalized and Private Banks which are ready to finance for home loan in this area?

Any info on when the Akrama-Sakrama would be introduced ??? Also what would be the charges for 40x60 site if the site is revenue site.
