Mentioning the minimum Information, helps many people, to take a call, if it is of their desired location, in their budget limit and whether to call the seller for further needs. else its unnecessary waste of time and call for both parties.

Moreover, He has placed the more detailed ad in other online classifieds also. Their he has mentioned the dimension, locaiton and the expected Price clearly. Same info i've given here. I don't think any harm disclosing the minimum info in this forum.
