How and where do I can verify that BBMP had approved the particular residental project.

Please help me.

There is a speciall cell created in BBMP Office 2 years back. visit the BBMP office and submit the application. They'll give you the full details of the project/plot(if coming under BBMP limit/Approved List) in one week time.

Is there also any way to find out the status of COmmencement certificate from BDA for a BDA approved apartments.

Hi Sivav
In order to know whether particular residential project is approved by BBMP or not , you can insistis the developers to provide information like orders of the BBMP or sancation plan etc. of that project. Then you cross check the same the BBMP
Otherwise yo approch concern Assiatant Revenue office of the BBMP and enquire about it .
