I finally managed to get my 30x40 and 20x30 SMV layout plots documents updated fully (Upto Date) with all relevant documents fully genuine and Tax paid upto 2014
. Now that I have already sold my 20x30 plot couple of weeks ago, my 30x40 plot documents are now fully upto date with all originals intact. Phew...I was a bit hesitant as I was away from Bangalore for more then 5 years. But by God's grace, I managed to get some of my pending documents fully updated. Now all is safe and sound. Now I shall anxiously wait for the year 2020 to come and see the price of my 30x40 plot almost touch or even cross Rupees 1 Crore mark. Cheers.
