Is Oracle moving to Brigade Gateway building?

I visited Renaissance III next to Brigade Gateway last week to see a flat. I was told by the owner that Oracle will be moving to the commercial building inside the Brigade Gateway. I dont if this is true. Can someone please confirm this?

What you heard is true - However from what i hear the deal is not sealed yet. If it does get signed, they will be the owners of the entire 30 plus floors office building.

does the Renaissance flat owner wants to quote a premium price for his flat?

Already half of the Brigate Gate way units are vacant and Brigade is lymping in the construction state since last 5 years. still the quoted price is not less than Rs.7000/sq.ft.

Atleast many of the IT guys have experienced the hard fact and matured by a step. They are not in a hurry to invest in anywhere and everywhere. just b'cos few IT companies are hiring freshers to replace the experienced to save some money, it doesn't mean that IT Recession is over. It is just waiting to show its another ugly face in few months.

If I am Not Mistaken just a fortnight ago i saw this article in times of india Newa paper and the deal is in the the pipe line
and they are in final stage of negotiaion and the deal is worth 600 Crore. And if this Deal Happens the entire oracle operations
in Bengaluru will be located to this place.

i really agree that This Project is still under constuction from Half a Decade and if this deal go through and as oone of my friend told correctly that
the IT companies are hiring new people. and there salary will be also less so if they want to search homes near by the office they go for affordable
housing may be a rent of 5-10 K. by this surrouding Budget appartments will Gain Indirectly. this is best of my understanding if iam not mistaken

This is what I heard from my bank mgr who is doling out home loans. Brigade has come down to around Rs. 4,000 for a 14th floor flat. The irony is that, I am told, (cant confirm though), Brigade is keeping the original sale deed after registration fearing that the owner would resell the flat. Since Brigade has more vacant flats, that would be the reason.

There was news about Oracle leasing space in Kalyani Magnum in JP Nagar.
