I asked the security person about the design of house and he told me the bricks they have used to construct is not required for cement plasting..So he don't know the name of the Brick and the cost of that. If you all have understood my view please help me out as I wanted to go with the same design with Brick work . thanks

How many cft did that have ( approx ) ?
body filled flat , or filled heap (sand visible from outside).

You have got a good rate , if that was around 400 cft.

Sorry chandu, i didn't note the cft. In fact when i went to the stand i was mobbed by so many of them that i selected one that seemed good, negotiated price quickly and came out in haste:-)

It was a 6-wheeler and sand was heaped on it. I doubt whether a 6 wheeler can contain 400cft in it.

Hello,

I am looking for flamed Sadarahalli for external staircase and balcony flooring. Does naavkar have this? What is Lapothra?

Thanks

sudhi:
There are many finishes to Granites like Flamed, Leather, Lapothra, etc. If you ask the granite show room guys, they will show you the samples of these finishes. I saw Lapothra finished Silver grey granite in RPG granites on Bannerghatta road, but they quoted Rs 230/SFT which is high as I could get the same for Rs 128 in Naavkar. I don't think you will get flamed granites directly. You have to procure granite slabs and get the flaming done. Many shops do the same at an extra cost. You could visit Bannerghatta road granite shops and Jigani to get an idea.
